These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of **Overleet** ("Software"), a product developed and owned by **Fullmeta Capital Ltd** ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Overleet, you agree to these Terms in full.

## 1. Product Description

**Overleet** is a macOS and Windows desktop application with the following features:

- **Invisible Overlay for Screen Sharing**: Overleet attempts to display a translucent, always-on-top window that remains invisible to other participants during screen sharing. However, **we cannot guarantee invisibility across all screen sharing platforms, operating systems, configurations, or future software updates**.
- **Click-Through Window**: The overlay is designed to allow keyboard and mouse interactions to pass through to underlying apps without interference.
- **Coding Interview Assistant**: Overleet is intended to assist users during technical assessments such as coding interviews or problem-solving exercises.

Use of Overleet is intended for lawful, personal, and productivity-enhancing purposes.

## 2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

Overleet is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a **non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license** to use Overleet.

- The license is tied to your **GitHub account**.
- You may install Overleet on **any number of personal devices you own or control**, provided they are used solely by you.
- You may **not**:
  - Share your license or GitHub credentials with others
  - Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the Software
  - Use the Software for any illegal or deceptive purposes

We reserve the right to revoke your license if these Terms are violated.

## 3. Use at Your Own Risk

Overleet is provided **"as is"**, with no guarantees of availability, compatibility, or outcome. It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of this Software does not violate any rules or terms imposed by third-party services (e.g., interview platforms, employers).

We make **no guarantees** about the success, fairness, or consequences of any interview or assessment in which the Software is used. You assume full responsibility for any use or misuse of the Software.

## 4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available **within 1 day of purchase**.
To request a refund, contact us via our community discussion board or support email (see Section 10). Provide your order ID and reason.

Refunds are granted at our discretion. Abuse of this policy may result in account termination.
